SD Systems LCM110c

This microphone is a cardioid version of the LCM110.

It mounts on the tailpiece in the G-string hole.

I have modified the microphone slightly with a windjammer to block out breathing noise.

It comes with battery box.

On my Hengsheng violin, which has a tailpiece with built in fine-tuners, I mounted the microphone with the help of a metal washer between the A and D strings.

Here is a recording of the SD LCM110 through my AER alpha plus amp. There was no need to fine tune the response with the eq. There is no added reverb:
